First of all, thanks for shopping at my store! It's because of amazing people like you that my art can reach as many people as it does. I really appreciate it!

Are there delays due to COVID-19?

Unfortunately, we are experiencing some delays due to COVID-19. Currently, the print on demand service I use to fulfill your orders is operating at a lower capacity to ensure the safety of their employees. You will receive an email once your awesome new items are created and ready to ship. Thanks in advance for your patience and support during this time, and stay safe!

How long does it take to get an order to me?

All items are printed on demand. Once your order is confirmed, it takes between 2 and 5 business days to create depending on the item. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 2-5 business days

  • Canada / European Union: 3-8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 8-14 business days

Can I return or exchange a something?

We don't offer refunds or returns unless your items are damaged. Since most items are created on demand specially for you, we don't carry stock to be able to exchange items. Please double check the size guide before you order so your awesome new clothing fits just like you want it.

What if my stuff arrives damaged?

I'm really sorry that happened! I don't want you to be stuck with a damaged item - please get in touch with me at nuclearskyart@gmail.com within 14 days for a replacement. Please include your order information and photos of the damaged item, and I'll make it right.

Do multiple items arrive separately?

Yes, depending on the product. Things like mugs and backpacks are sometimes made in different facilities and require different packaging. Poster orders are fulfilled by me, so they will ship separately from other products and may take less time to reach you.

Do I get charged customs fees?

Yes. Additional customs and tax fees can be added to international orders. Because each country's policy is different, I can't always cover these fees at checkout.
